Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use UKG Pro to sign off on time approval for HR. I believe it is very intuitive, and when we run into issues, we have an SME, that is there to assist.

Pros

  • Time Keeping
  • Reporting
  • Reminders

Cons

  • More of an integration with an end to end ERP HR Platform
  • More integrative options with Infor (ERP)
  • Inability to upgrade to an enhanced version
  • Inability to integrate all departments with time keeping and the company went with Infor
UKG Pro was voted very high, however, due to the inability to integrate all aspects of HR with our two systems, Infor and GHR, I don't believe we have experienced what UKG can do, had we initially bought the top tier, For recruitment we utilize NeoGov.
Yes, reduced stress in signing off on time, very intuitive when training new reps to use the system for the many departments within the City.
I like it, it is very User friendly and the training is very good
I have not done an apples-to-apples comparison.

In my former company with Volvo Group NA, it was very compatible with over 30 payrolls that Volvo ran. I am now working for local government, and our Police and Fire department are on Telestaff, because of the different schedules. I was hoping that UKG would be able to accommodate those one-off's, but the integration was not possible
