Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use [UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] for our HR, Recruiting and Payroll

  • Time Management has some glitches
  • Faster wait times on calls
  • Faster resolutions on cases
  • More efficient practices
  • Ease of access of information
  • When problems arise, has the tools to fix issue
UKG [Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is much easier to use and navigate than Ceridian. It is also much more robust whereas Ceridian is very generic
Reports are generated quickly. Some reports do take longer but it is understandable as those reports have much more data to generate. Overall I am extremely satisfied with load times(import/export).
Very friendly and patient staff. Only the wait times can be a bit much sometimes when we are in a time crunch.
They have on a number of occasions assisted us on resetting pay dates where the system did not let us open payrolls. They guided us step by step as well as assisted with the process it self.
Staff is very helpful and patient when assisting us users through any specific problems.
