Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We currently use Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Benefits, Employee Management, UTA, Payroll and are in the process of implementing Document Management. We are in the process of starting a 3-P partnership to look at our system as a whole. We are investigating dimensions. We continue to work with our UKG partners to create the ultimate experience for our team members.

- We have seen intermittent issues with recruiting and onboarding.
- The reporting capabilities in UTA are limited.
- More training opportunities for advanced BI report training.
- Our organization was immediately improved when all our systems were from one source.
We were API customers for a very long time and used Meditech to process payroll. We evaluated all of the other systems above
We have had some issues with Recruiting and Onboarding, but overall we have a very good experience. We have found some issues integrating our current scheduling system with UKG.
I have had good experiences working with support. I find some of my tickets get overlooked and I continue to update them for answers.
Our UTA consultant Julian Ruiz, is amazing. He is always timely in his response and will spend hours if needed to assist with issues. He is my favorite consultant to work with and I am very thankful for his expertise and assistance.
