Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We currently use UKG Pro, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Benefits Enrollment. All of our employees use UKG either at an employee level, manager level, and/or administrative level. We have multiple business processes turned on for the employee so they can easily change their information and it flows to an HR approver. We would like to roll out more business processes at the manager level, but as an organization, we are not there yet.
- Customer Support: the customer portal is such a great tool to get answers quickly.
- Customizable: we have multiple customizations.
- Free on-line courses are available for customers.
- Need some user defined fields in recruiting.
- Employee portal for our employees
- UKG mobile: nice to have UKG at all times via your smartphone.
We implemented 14 years ago, and at the time, our decision was UKG or PeopleSoft. We choose UKG because it was customizable and we received more for our money.
When we implemented back in 2007, we had the best implementation consultants. They trained us on every aspect of the system. To this day, I will remember all the support and knowledge transfer they gave us. I remember Josh saying, just because the field is called "XX", doesn't mean you have to use it for that. When we need to track something specific to the employee, I use this bit of advice to this day and I find a field not being used and make it happen.
