Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG Pro is our main HRIS and payroll processing system. We also use it for onboarding and talent acquisition. Our usage allows us to work towards streamlining our processes and allowing our team to focus on our employees. UKG Pro allows us to focus on only what we need to in a simple and fast experience.
  • We Love the mobile App and the fact that our staff can clock in from anywhere in the building putting them closer to their job.
  • I have to say once you get the right person or started with the right group the customer service is excellent I have only had 2 issues where people weren't helpful.
  • One of the best and worst things about UKG Pro is it is focused to large companies - as a relatively small company some of the items they offer are just not relevant and their sales staff try to convince you differently.
UKG feels more like it thinks the way HR thinks - that is the best feature of it. Other HR systems are designed by people who know data, not by people who know people. UKG does that; they know how to think like an HR professional.
I'm a small fish but usually make enough noise to get my questions answered. UKG caters to the big fish as any company would.
When having issues with a mobile app clock in question. I received a video demonstration with instructions as to why the system did what it did. Then it went even further to explain it so that my managers and staff could also understand. It blew my socks off.
Love the HRIS features and reporting features now that I know how to use it. It takes a lot to learn but once you do you can pull all sorts of reports.
