Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

Murakami utilizes UKG Ready for payroll, recruiting, and evaluations of team members.
  • Payroll processing
  • Recruiting from pulling in data from Indeed.com and from our business website
  • Tracking of evaluations for our hourly team members
  • Problem solving quickly if we do have issues
  • Training on how to create reports and this feature is not as user-friendly as other options
  • Return on investment has proven itself in the accurate time frame allotted.
Paycom was not user-friendly and each option included a huge cost and the return on investment was over 5 years, which is not a good ROI for our facility.
Customer is always available and patient with our questions and training of current and new options.
The switch from ADP to UKG Ready was a large task, but the UKG Ready staff was with us through the entire process and made the switch easier to handle.

We do not have anyone in-house, but, at [any time,] we have a question or a concern, we set up a case number and within 24 hours we have an answer.

Cost is always a factor as with the COVID pandemic, and I have to consider the cost of all business [ventures] to make sure the ROI is worth the change or addition.

Evaluating UKG Ready and Competitors

Yes - ADP and we replace ADP because of their poor customer service and every time you would call, you never spoke to the same person or they could not find the case number with notes to reflect on previous calls. Also, they would charge a large amount for a small change and their training was almost void.

  • The web portal for our team members is user-friendly and we have had no complaints from anyone.
  • Trying to create a new report can be cumbersome at times as not knowing which features to choose from to create a quick and easily-read report.
Yes - Only Human Resources utilizes the mobile interface feature and we all love it.
