Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready to maintain our time and labor management. It is our timesheet system and we have been working to gain 100% utilization among our workforce. UKG Ready allows us to maintain our employees timesheets in a secure and easy to use fashion. It is working well for us.

UKG continues to push updates to the system; Sometimes these updates, like the MFA have caused issues with our employees, as they had to update their passwords and needed to regularly utilize their multi-factor authentication to login to the system. Greater lead time for these system updates would be appreciated.
continuing to implement UKG Ready; we have not fully integrated the tool with our HRIS or payroll system yet. It is an ongoing project and we are actively working on gaining 100% utilization of this tool among our employee workforce. We have implemented an instance of middleware between our HRIS and Kronos and that has been successful.
When UKG implemented an updated MFA policy, our HR team was bombarded with user issues and inquiries. The HR team was inundated with so many employee questions and concerns, it took the team more than 7 days to clear all of the support tickets. The HR team continues to provide ongoing support to the overall employee population and we are making strides in getting the organization to 100% compliance.

UKG Ready is well suited for organizations that require more robust time and labor management tools. Our organization previously used paper timesheets to track employee working hours and made the transition to using a more secure time entry system. The security along with the multi-factor authentication allows for employees to securely enter their time daily, along with submitting timesheet changes for missed or late punches. Additionally, UKG Ready allows our users to review their time off accruals and use the system to submit time off requests.

Using UKG Ready

954 - all of the business units within the organization. All employees are required to use UKG Ready, as it is the primary method used for payroll processing
3 - ability to understand technologic issues and handle in a simple and straightforward way. Additionally, UKG Ready support staff need to be able to handle employee inquiries in a timely manner, as we receive more than 20 tickets per day.
