Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro to manage HR and employee data, as well as to process Payroll.
- Comprehensive HR system
- User Interface is a little cumbersome - for example, clicking into an employee opens a separate window, so if you are looking at one employee's job information and want to switch to another employee, you have to exit out of one window, open another, and then click thru to the right screen.
- I find the reporting/Business Intelligence feature to be a bit archaic in its design. The layout of information is not intuitive and I find I have to search for a really long time to find the fields that I'm trying to put in the report.
- The recruitment function is horrible. Not user friendly and very hard to navigate, both from an administrator and a candidate perspective.
- Paylocity and ADP
I have used Paylocity extensively at previous companies. I find the user interface to be much more user friendly and provided a high level of customization. I was not involved in the UltiPro selection at my current company - the system was already in place when I joined.
