Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro for payroll and benefits. We use employee self-service across the company. We have started testing processing payroll on the web and have come across many performance issues. We are working closely with technical [support] to troubleshoot these issues.
  • They listen to us as a customer, they put enhancements into place that are recommended by customers.
  • The system is very user friendly and easy to train on.
  • Support is great, they work with us to help us when needed.
  • We are struggling with web processing due to our size; enhance some of the performance issues.
We left Ceridian after two years, Ultipro is a much better product and with better service and actually listens to their customers.
