Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

It is being used across the whole organization with our employees, managers, payroll and HR team. UltiPro is being used for communication with employees, payroll, and benefit and employee information management. We are planning to use it for metrics, salary/comp management and performance management.
  • Open Enrollment runs really well! Wish it had a little more configurability to link to our vendors.
  • PPACA - I'm impressed. I was freaked out about this task and now with UltiPro - I feel like an expert.
  • 1095s - We had data in three areas and the import function, once the template was built, made it so easy to complete. Loved it!!!
  • IMPLEMENTATION!!!! We went live in October and we did a bunch of webinars but without seeing the software handouts or playing with it, it was foreign to us. I feel like the Ulti Implementation team took NO interest in our business and just wanted to get through the task and now we are in clean up mode 6 months later. It was and still is very painful!
  • Training - everyone learns differently. I wish we could have Q&A's with people once a week when implementing a new module.
It doesn't seem to fit a 24/7 environment.
