Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

In the past 6 years UltiPro has really worked hard to improve their support to its customer's. We have appreciated the changes they have made. It is now much easier to get a response and a resolution when an issue does arrive.
We utilize UltiPro across our company for payroll, recruitment, on-boarding and HRIS. We have been with UltiPro for 6 years and it has allowed us to communicate more effectively with our remote employees, run reports more effectively and has allowed us the opportunity to eliminate the need for paper checks. Throughout the 6 years of using UltiPro we have seen them step up to the programming challenges as new laws have been passed, making our lives easier. I would highly recommend UltiPro.

I prefer hands on training, but the online information is very good.
My experience with UltiPro's in person training has been very good. Highly recommend.
UltiPro is well suited for various sizes of companies. If you need something custom, this is not the product for you.
