UltiPro is being used for HR and payroll administration.

Needs to improve on company transfers. Need to recognize negative earnings. Tax recon is not working at year end. Customer updates and communication are null.

Using UltiPro

Tax recon is horrible to use for a large company. Can't do company transfers without terming in one company and hiring in another. It can't handle a company transfer back to a company that the employee was previously in. Can't move wages from one state to another. Setting up taxes is difficult and not very intuitive. Negative earnings are an issue.
