Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We are using ultipro as our HR/payroll and LMS solution for now and plan to implement the time management software in the future as well. Our company has been old school in many of our processes, using spreadsheets, apps and even paper to track things, with much duplication.
- Ease of use and user-friendly interfaces is maybe the most useful part of ultipro.
- Ultipro allows us to consolidate tons of data into one repository that now ties into all of the other processes, reduces redundancy and enhances processes.
- Ultimate software does a very good job of listening to their user base and implementing new features that had all of our departments gasping WOW when they first saw the tool.
- During implementation, the training portion of the tool could be a little more usable regarding the training admin and tracking our own users courses and progress.
- Time savings
We are new to the product but expect to see a big return on our investment including, but not limited to, a huge reduction in many manual time-consuming tasks that are currently being done by executives and decision makers, which is really a waste of their time and skill set. The tool accomplishes much of these tedious daily tasks itself!
We compared Ultipro to several other competitors and to be honest the WOW factor just blew away companies like BambooHR, Paycom and Epicor. They were definitely not the cheapest solution, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

4 - The front line of support involves the bookkeeping staff which includes the director of finance encompassing 3 people. They handle issue such as basic usage and login credentials and such. The IT staff is basically just one person that is responsible for data transfers, data integrity, additional programming of Ultipro and acting generally as a go between for issues that cannot be resolved by bookeeping
- Human resources functions are very limited and this tool allows our staff to greatly increase their overall function thus taking tasks from the accounting staff, who does most of the work previously
- Benefits administration has been a primarily manual paper-driven task that takes up enormous amounts of time withing the organization, and Ultipro streamlines this process for a huge instant savings
- The UI of Ultipro allows the end users to be able to do just about all common tasks themselves, when these tasks were handled by HR staff members taking up hours of time each week

Maybe try to narrow down the list of products that we are evaluating. There are literally TONS of options out there and you just have to step back and really focus on what your company needs and look at only those vendors that supply what you need within cost parameters
