We use UltiPro throughout the entire organization. It helped us go paperless, streamlined our processes, and made us more efficient.

Yes - old HCM system abra. Out grew the product. needed more automation such a payroll upload feature, doc retention, Recruiting and performance.

UltiPro Implementation

take you time and be very thorough. ensure information is set up and transfer over correctly. stagger implention bases on various modules. know system limitations and figure out work arounds if need be.
Yes - Core then payroll and time and attendance then benefits then performance mgmt and Succession then recruiting and onboarding.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - changing systems was a big change for our organization and more needed to be done to communicate that change.

Yes - it was resolved however took awhile bc the fix was not simple.
Ultiprp had been exceptional with assisting with custom BI reports alerts and notifications.
