Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We're using UltiPro to manage payroll and HR benefits for the whole Organization. It's used for on-line Open Enrollment, tracking and managing Payroll earnings, deductions and taxes, and providing wage & benefit data to our Project Time system for Prevailing Wage projects. Partner (employee) information is fed from UltiPro into Active Directory, and used in our SharePoint intranet / Partner Directory.
Pros
- We're able to build "special" calculation rules for deductions that are a little unusual.
- Integration with our other systems (Project Time, Service Dispatch, Active Directory) is relatively easy
- The reporting tool and our access to the data lets us get all the information we need when we need it.
Cons
- Customizing the Open Enrollment session to get it to display available benefits the way we want them can be a little tough
- Online training
- In-person training
- Self-taught
