Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We LOVE the support we receive from Michelle Cahill, she is fast to respond and always pleasant to talk to.
We use Ultipro to process payroll, UTA and HRIS. We are able to keep most of our functions within one software so things flow smoothly

Pros

  • Great integration between UTA and Ultipro
  • GL Exports to enter payroll into our accounting software flow without any issues
  • Tons of reports are available and you are able to create your own reports as well

Cons

  • HR seems to have issues with onboarding
  • I wish all functions were available in .NET
  • UTA support staff seems to change a lot for our company
  • Online training
  • Self-taught
I love the teachers they have for online training.
I really enjoy the online training, they have the best of the best for teachers.
If you are looking for a software that can do it all, Ultipro is a great solution.
