Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our "Customer Success Account Manager" is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. If she doesn't know an answer, she researches and gets the answer. The Rapid Response Team is also great when our account manager isn't available. We are able to contact them and get an answer quickly.
We currently have UltiPro implemented in the US and are working on implementing in Canada. We use Core HR and Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, UTM, and Business Intelligence in the US today. All US employees have access to review and update personal information, review job history, enter timecards, review paychecks, review benefits information, submit a life event for benefits changes and, enter and update goals for Performance Management.
  • Benefits is one of our most used features. The life events are easy to set up. Life events and open enrollment assist the employees in the enrollment process by walking them through step-by-step. This helps make the process smooth and less stressful for our employees.
  • We use Recruitment and Onboarding in the US. The system has helped to streamline the process from posting jobs, to applicant, to hire, to employee.
  • UltiPro is a cloud based system that can be used anywhere that has wifi. This has enabled our employees to log in and review/update their personal data, review job history, review benefits, submit life events for benefits changes, enter timecards, enter goals and update for performance management, and review and print paycheck history. It can be accessed on a mobile device too.
  • "Things I Can Do" and "Quick Tours and Tips" are just a click away for all users. This is a great feature to help the end user.
  • We would love the ability to approve timecards from the mobile feature or via email. We currently have to log in to the full website on the mobile device or iPad so at least there is a work around if we are not at a computer.
  • Spell check would be great in the Performance Management area. I typically type my responses in a different application to spell/grammar check then copy paste as a work around. Having the ability within the application would be a bonus.
  • The timecard approval notification doesn't list the period that needs to be approved. It would be nice to have it in the email or link directly to that timecard.
UltiUniversity gives training on all features and offers online class participation and self-taught guides. The training guides are invaluable and easy to follow. They are also a great reference if you ever need to revisit them. The trainers are very knowledgeable on the products and are willing to take the time to make sure you understand what you are doing.

The "Hands on Learning" at Connections is a must. It's great to be in a class setting with trainers (experts) throughout the room to help answer any questions as you walk through step-by-step. The training material is easy to understand and a great reference tool when you are in the office executing what you have learned.

UltiPro offers a full suite to meet HR/Payroll needs. We have the ability to house all information for an employee from applicant to employee including performance information, benefits, and more. Having this information in one place is a plus!
