Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

They are quick to turn around all pending cases. I cannot say enough how well they respond and always are friendly and supportive.
UltiPro is our HRIS system. We are using several modules from UltiPro - Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and several other areas. This system is used across our company and is being used as the sole HRIS system. For our company, we are in the end stages of implementing UltiPro at one of our international offices. We are looking forward to having this work to our benefit for reporting, support, and business practices.
  • UltiPro has a great user dashboard and modules that can be customized.
  • UltiPro support team, on technical issues is amazing.
  • UltiPro training modules built into system for standard practices.
  • For the UltiPro Recruitment Gateway, I would like to see small enhancements done on the printing of documents from the system. Details print, but I would like to format my documents a little when pulling out assessments.

Great sessions for new users
UltiConnect is a great seminar if you can attend. Their hands-on in person sessions are very informative.
UltiPro is a user friendly system. There is flexibility in the configuration of the system and several areas to customize the system for employee daily use.
