Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Our company is the parent company for twelve other companies and we use UltiPro for payroll for about half of those companies. We use it for benefit administration for all of those companies. Overall, Ultipro is a great product for these two features and the reporting capabilities helps us keep track of just about anything we can think of. The benefit admin piece especially has allowed us to work more closely with the companies who we do not do payroll for and better serve their needs.
- The customer service is excellent. The system itself doesn't do everything perfectly but everyone you talk to with at Ultimate Software wants to find a way to help you.
- Payroll capabilities are excellent. Tax rates within our old system had to be updated manually while Ultipro does a great job of making those updates for you so your payroll is always as accurate as possible.
- The training library is both thorough and extensive. And it's all free, so on top of the customer service, they give you a lot of resources to allow you to learn more about the system and maximize its benefit for your company.
- Recruiting and Onboarding didn't fit our needs because our companies are very diversified in their needs. The modules would work better for a more unified company with a singular process.
- The company has gotten bigger and you have to watch your invoices to make sure they are accurate and in line with your current contract. They are very friendly and willing to help you when you do find an error but I think this is something that can be done better.
