Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We are currently using UltiPro for Recruiting, Onboarding, HRIS, and Time Management. We will be using the Benefits portion of UltiPro very soon.
- The reporting is much better than our previous system.
- There are a fewer manual process with UltiPro than with our previous system.
- Our current Account Manager is GREAT - very knowledgeable and helpful.
- Our implementation was not smooth.
- You have to open a case for everything, you can't just call your Account Manager.
- There were products we learned about after implementation that could have better suited our needs.
- We have worked with some individuals that are not fully knowledgeable and have provided incorrect information and/or led us down the wrong path.
- Time savings
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
- Security and peace of mind
We have not achieved any of the above outcomes as of yet; I feel/hope we will one day.
I think there are pros and cons with every system. UltiPro is better than some of the systems I have used in some areas, but there are still areas that other systems have outperformed UltiPro. I think it is important to be VERY clear with what the desired outcome is when working with the implementation team. Talking with someone outside of the sales department when we were selecting a new system would have been helpful.
