Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro globally as the central data source for our Employees, as well as for Performance Management. Within the US and Canada, we also use UltiPro for Payroll and Benefits Administration.
- Customer Service representatives are responsive and always professional.
- The Open Enrollment has great customization - for example, we can add healthcare provider logos and really make it as easy as possible for users to understand what they are selecting. We have had a great experience with the OE module.
- Compliance modules such as ACA make it so much easier for us to stay on top of all the US requirements for compliance.
- The UX is clunky and inconsistent.
- There are multitudes of browser issues with UltiPro. The site isn't optimized for Chrome, and as a Google Suite enterprise that is very problematic for us.
- Customer Service representatives are not knowledgeable about their product. They will spend time on the phone with us with no solution (it's really like a brainstorming session), and we get conflicting information from different reps.
- There are so many functionality limitations, particularly in the Performance Management module.
We hope to automate more of our processes and lessen the administrative burden on our HR team. In the long-term we also hope to be able to pay globally and track PTO globally as well.
