Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

I used Ultipro for years at my previous company until I left in April 2018. Our entire company used the platform for payroll management. It made it really easy to request time off, view my PTO hours, and view my paychecks.

Pros

  • The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate compared to other payroll systems I've used.
  • It's really easy to log in and view or print your previous paychecks, which saved a lot of time when I was applying for a mortgage and could just print my own documents instead of requesting them from HR.
  • It was also easy to see how much PTO time I had already used and how much I had left throughout the year.
  • It's a big bonus that they have a mobile app with full functionality as well.

Cons

  • I have nothing negative to say about the platform.
  • Time savings
  • Security and peace of mind
I definitely feel Ultipro has helped me to save time by making it so easy to navigate to the information I need and perform tasks with very few steps involved. I also feel confident my information was secure, which gave me great peace of mind.
Compared to the system I'm using now, Replicon, I much preferred Ultipro.
I think Ultipro makes sense for any business with a large workforce of salaried employees.
