Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the company. We use it to onboard, recruit, and process payroll.

I feel UltiPro has done a great job helping us attain these outcomes.
At times it does lag or time out. Never sure if it's our internet that causes it or something within UltiPro.
When we have issues, UltiPro has the quick response that we can use and have had great luck with getting our problems solved.
We had to completely remove a closed payroll a couple of times and when we reached out to the quick response, they were able to help us and get it done quickly.
We were able to hire a large number of employees at one time with the on-boarding and with the forms automatically saved to their profile. It saved a ton of paperwork. Open enrollment is now a lot easier. As our company has grown our needs have gotten more demanding and UltiPro makes it much easier.
