Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across our entire organization as the companies HR system as our system of record. We utilize this for all new hires, benefit elections, tax changes, and payroll and paystubs.

  • Leave administration.
  • Time savings
We attempted to move payroll from the back office to the web recently and abandoned the project once we realized that there was no timesaving. We were promised that reports could be automated and the reality is that not many of our would be able to. It was a big disappointment.
Ultimate costs more and has fewer features included than Ceridian Dayforce.
Lately, there has been a lot of issues with onboarding and recruiting being down due to system issues.
Support is really hit or miss. Sometimes you get great knowledgeable support reps that understand how the system interacts together but more often than not I'll submit a ticket and hear nothing for 3 business days. It's pretty bad support. This is one of the main reasons we will be switching from UltiPro.
For companies that utilize all of UltiPro's suite of products, I think this is a great product. For companies that have been long time members, there isn't a lot of support or help to implement the latest and greatest products they offer without being charged an arm and a leg.
