Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro as our HR/Payroll solution for every employee spread across 250 locations. One of our primary reasons for selecting Ultimate was the ease of use that the system provided. Being in a high turnover business that was critical in allowing us to ensure that all employees at every level were able to use the system.

We have achieved all of these outcomes. The most surprising one was that we didn't expect to see cost savings but having UltiPro allowed us to consolidate a lot of the things we were doing and eliminate a lot of indirect expenses we were incurring with our old system.
No comparison between UltiPro and Oracle. Oracle is not designed for the retail environment or a company that does not have a large IT or HRIS department. UltiPro's ease of use allows us to do everything internally that we need to do. No need to pay outside resources to do the work.
We very seldom see problems with pages loading and the system integrates nicely with the other systems we use.
Overall support is very good but at times a solution from Rapid Response isn't always so rapid.
Implementation! Our Implementation Specialist (Teresa) was great and she led us down the path to success.
We have been thrilled with UltiPro since our implementation in April 2019. It is a perfect solution for a workforce that is spread out in 5 states with a high turnover level.
