Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Ultimate is being used for our Core HR system of record for 16 of our operating companies.
- Security and peace of mind
We have not fully achieved the business needs to date. We have several different operating companies and we would like for them to operate separately and securely and sill roll up to one company, There are some company-specific options needed but with Ultimate it's costly and timely to have them mapped out and completed. We would like to have better access to our interface files to make any maintenance updates to existing files.
Ultimate's performance has improved over the years with the functionality and upgrades of its systems. BI is a great reporting tool and its use and delivery are one of the best. Customer support has improved and it's to get issues resolved in a timely manner. I look forward to more upgrades with interface maintenance and timing.
Case Management and Rapid Response have been a good resource when issues or problems arrive. I've rarely experienced long waiting times for accurate responses. We have utilized our Account Manager and she has been very instrumental and available if needed. UltiPro overall delivers a good product and continues to improve frequently.
We started the year with a new team and had a lot of questions regarding historical information and the current company set-up specifically with UTM. Our assigned UTM support Eric Cofer, went above and beyond to assist us with clean-up and system utilization. We have been able to identify system changes and update internal processes.
Ease of use for processing payroll and benefits administration. There are some limitations on system configuration for mid-market clients which can be costly with time constraints. Processing payroll and benefits administration works well for both the operating teams and employees. Would love to see more options and usability with UTM and reporting.
