Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Across the whole organization, working specifically with HR & Payroll, and with any reporting needs for both.
Pros
- Customer service is outstanding.
- Features for both Admin & Employee are easy to use.
- Always has training available for any aspect of the organization. i.e. Payroll, Taxes, Reporting, etc.
Cons
- The back office needs to have the visibility enlarged.
- The back office is rather plain - no color.
- I do not like entering garnishments in the portal because it is cumbersome.
- Costs savings

- Security and peace of mind
As a payroll administrator, I feel very secure using UltiPro as it contains all of our personal information.
No comparison when it comes to Customer Service. I would not go back to ADP after using UltiPro.
Looking forward to using UP's timekeeping system now that it is linked with Kronos.

In late January 2016, when I was processing year end for 2015 and it was the 1st time using UltiPro, I had an error on a W-2. The previous payroll administrator had left already and had no notes. There was an issue with an employee's W-2 that was entered incorrectly for car allowance and I had to do a year end adjustment, W-2 C, and resubmit everything. UltiPro walked me through everything and stayed on the line until all the paperwork had balanced the the W-2 C was printed; this was past 7 pm CST but that customer service person was right there the entire time. You cannot believe the relief I had when it was all through and I so appreciated her help. I could find her name as it is probably in the 2015 files. UltiPro has never let me down.
