Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Payroll and HR. Automated the PR system for us.

Pros

  • Reducing time for employee new hire entry for Payroll and HR.
  • Back office payroll is easy to use.
  • Reports, reports, reports. Wonderful.

Cons

  • Lookup for employees or supervisors: Make it the same, either search by name or lookup
  • A way to delete multiple uploads of Payroll without calling the Help Desk.
  • Controlling where direct deposit goes without calling Help Desk.
  • Easier BI reports.
  • Costs savings
  • Time savings
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
  • Security and peace of mind
We Got Ultipro to convert from a very antiquated system, so all looked good and did many things we needed.
Much easier to learn and maintain with updates, etc
We have many systems that are integrated with Ultipro and timing is good and longer or bigger reports are run at night
Great support and I love the online chat.
During an overhaul after using it for 10 years. Things we need to update, pay groups, and using smart tax.
Multiple payroll groups.
