Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery
We just use it for backing up our data for 911. We replicated the data to another appliance at another location in the county. Other departments that are part of Houston County use the appliances as well but we don't share resources. The use of the appliance(s) addresses the need to backup critical data that we use for dispatching 911 calls.

- The ROI is not that high. The appliance is very expensive.
- We just renewed mostly because we already had the device and it was working well.
- It performs well and in recent years has been very reliable.
