Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We use UserTesting within our product team to improve the user experience on our site. Other tools never sufficed because we wanted real customer feedback... not just making assumptions based on a heat map.

  • A bit pricey if you want to run multiple tests.
  • We have been able to increase our ad viewability rate because we were able to reduce the amount of elements on the page, which caused fast scrolling past our ads.
  • We can be more decisive about new features knowing what our users will love and not love.
  • We can create a best in class user experience to help us reach our company mission.
I haven't required much customer support. I just got in and started messing with the software until I understood how to use it.
I was able to learn the platform easily by myself by clicking around to all the features. I didn't require a product demo to know how to use.
We have been able to collect customer feedback with incredibly actionable insights. The users provided very detailed accounts of their user flow, and this information therefore helped us enhance the data presented on our website. This has drastically simplified our decision making process internally and has allowed us to become more agile.
Our consumer information site has always struggled to understand the user flow. Our goal is to help consumers find the best doctor for them. But we had a hard time understanding from our data alone how much information to present to our users to help the decision process. UserTesting helped us realize which elements and data points are important to our users.
