Overall Satisfaction with UserTesting

We used UserTesting to get feedback on our new website. It allowed is to gauge the user friendliness of our new site. We get feedback from test users that navigated the features of our site and gave feedback that they verbalized into the user testing app. The feedback has always been very detailed. For example,
we wanted to ensure the ease in which a potential client could access our past client information and we discovered that an important menu option was buried and was unable to be seen.

The support at UserTesting is great. Anytime I had a question or was unsure how to use a specific feature, it was a breeze to get in touch with someone that could help.
It was very easy to use. Setting up tests was easy and straightforward. Support was readily available anytime I needed it.
We were able to ensure that our new website was easy to use and there were even a few errors that were pointed out to us. The time saved by avoiding going back to fix errors made UserTesting well worth the cost.
UserTesting works great when you are testing a new online product or website. It would not be ideal for testing a new physical product due to logistical lssues. You can get feedback via audio or video and also set up a time for a realtime feedback session if so desired. Great product!
