Overall Satisfaction with Vasion Print

We were able to remove our print server and not needing to mange this has saved us lots of time and effort. The interface is easy to use for users that would like to add their own printers. The health checks and reporting also allow us to monitor data that we have not been able to in the past.

This product took almost no effort to set up. It is extremely easy to use and there were only one or two technical questions that I needed to send to support but since then, there has been almost no issues. Set and forget
We were able to replace a 2008 print server that was lacking in security and allow users to install their own printers. This has increased our security and saved us time
We did a demo with paper cut but found that there was not the central driver repo and that was a deal breaker for us.

A smaller environment where there is not very many printers would not need something like this. The more copiers and printers there are the better. We have roughly 30 copiers and it seems to be a perfect solution for the number of users and copiers that we have. It is a good product
