Overall Satisfaction with Vasion Print
We use Vasion Print to support about 40 printers among 11 locations used by 500 employees. It has centralized our print administration and made it much easier to deploy driver updates and policy changes/configurations. It has been a great investment in print management. The ease of deploying printers by department/location has been a major time-saver.

- The user interface is a bit confused.
- SSO could work more reliably.
- Transition from trial to production can create artifacts that are difficult to remove.

We used Vasion Print to eliminate more than 10 print servers, decreasing attack points and maintenance costs. It has brought together all printer administration and decreased support time by allowing users to install the drivers/printers they need without IT involvement.
