Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Currently, our finance and executive teams primarily use Vena. Our IT department has designated individuals to help us navigate and utilize Vena in the most appropriate manner. Vena is most used to process month-end. Vena has drastically shortened the month-end process by automating the process with far fewer errors. The executives use Vena to get a better visualization of forecasting and profit data.

- The Vena upload is run specifically by our tech team and that also has a long processing time.
- The Summit seminars offered by Vena are very helpful, the seminars can be hit or miss either heavy Vena process side or heavy Vena partner presentations.

- Easily integrated with Power BI for forecasting and reporting means happier executives.
The implementation process was long and arduous. While we may not have selected the most ideal primary contributor to kick off the process, the Veda vendor support was patient and definitely made a less-than-ideal start(on our part) manageable. Despite starting the process in the middle of a Budget process, Vena's support helped the process and has given great ideas for future streamlining.
We require fewer employees for processing and reconciliation. The typical team of up to ten has been cut in half. This works by saving time and money as well as less room for human error. We are more confident in trusting the numbers in our planning decisions. This creates better communication and appreciation between IT, executives, and the financial departments.

As our company grows we need more efficient ways to manage profits, employees, working in a pandemic/hybrid situation across multiple states and more. We have continued to experience rapid growth and found Vena and the Vena partners are the best at simplifying the information pulled from the multiple systems we use for the wide range of needs our company has.
