Overall Satisfaction with Vena

We use Vena in our organization to help plan and forecast monthly revenue by project and related expenses. We use in finance as well as in our operations and practice areas to plan down to project categories for billings as well as hourly costs and utilizations.

Vena has provided good support and enablement directly through their PS team to setup, configure, and train the team to use and interact with Vena. We also have a CS and partner individual to help us with day to day questions.
It allows us to turn data on a dime that required a lot more manipulation and manual intervention to get to the relevant data needed for investors and others in the organization to make decisions. It allows for faster decision making and better collaboration across the organizations.
We found Vena to be much more intuitive and easy to leverage with our existing models and templates we've built in Excel already. It allowed our finance and ops teams to get traction and value from the solution much faster than we felt the other CPM solutions we looked at.

Vena is great to leverage a lot of the models and templates we already have built in Excel to put our annual corporate budget together. It also is great to do monthly forecasts with opportunity and project data to project revenue and costs. It also provides great dashboards for our finance and ops teams on key KPIs for the org.
