Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions
We use Vena for budget and forecasting. Vena helps us manage our spreadsheet distribution and data collection. It takes our data and puts it into a database that automatically consolidates and aggregates our data, where we could build advanced management reports as well as easily create ad hoc reports.
- Vena’s strengths are its power in consolidation and aggregation of data. Vena provides instant visibility into data from multiple business dimension levels.
- Intuitive and powerful workflow allows us to pre-determine our distribution cycle for spreadsheets including managing the review process, which also captures full auditing.
- Version and change control of spreadsheets help us feel like we know where all of our spreadsheets are at all times.
- We have a significant amount of data in our database. In order to increase speed in some of our Excel templates we had to sacrifice a few of our initial requirements.
- Reaching out to customers to share new features.
- Positive impact is felt in reducing manual distribution and collection of Excel spreadsheets, as well as manual aggregation of data. Human time and effort was reduced significantly thereby reducing human error and which ultimately results in more accurate reporting data.
They have superior database capacity due to the power of the cloud. Usability and user adoption is quick and immediate due to the direct integration with Excel and ease of use for end users and Vena administrators.
