Our sales team uses it for cold outreach, meeting follow ups, and objection handling.

  • Great servicing with not only handling issues but also providing best practices.
  • The tool is so easy to use.
  • The only thing I would like to see done differently is the website where you can go to manage users and content.
  • Vidyard paid for itself in the first year.
Download the chrome extension, email plugin, or Outreach integration and you're good to go.
Our CSM is quick to respond, quick to fix issues, and quick to offer up best practices and help that actually produce results.
I've also looked at Drift's video capabilities as well as Vidgrid.
Vidyard is great for business/sales development teams trying to cut through all the noise and get the attention of their prospects. We also use it to provide micro demos or meeting recaps. This has been a game-changer because now our prospects can share those internally and go over them multiple times.
