Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
We use Vidyard as a sales enablement and training tool. Our sales team uses it for outreach or to send recorded demos, our services team uses it to record trainings or workflow examples to send to customers.
- Easy UX
- Chrome extension for increased utilization
- Great for knowledge sharing
- More robust functionality
- Better training
- Differentiation between upgraded product and HubSpot white-labeled product
- I would say neutral, great tool, but not a "can't live without."
- It's leveraged mostly by BDRs. We don't get feedback from them that responses increase when Vidyard is leveraged.
- Nice tool for services team, but other tools could create the same experience with recordings for knowledge share.
We have not evaluated any other tools like Vidyard.
