Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We use Vidyard as a sales enablement and training tool. Our sales team uses it for outreach or to send recorded demos, our services team uses it to record trainings or workflow examples to send to customers.

  • Chrome extension for increased utilization
  • Great for knowledge sharing
  • More robust functionality
  • Better training
  • Differentiation between upgraded product and HubSpot white-labeled product
  • I would say neutral, great tool, but not a "can't live without."
  • It's leveraged mostly by BDRs. We don't get feedback from them that responses increase when Vidyard is leveraged.
  • Nice tool for services team, but other tools could create the same experience with recordings for knowledge share.
We have not evaluated any other tools like Vidyard.
I would recommend for sales outreach and knowledge transfer to large groups who are hard to gather. With the tracking, it increases ability to hold individuals accountable for watching it. We also leverage for the sales to services handoff, it's easy to record a video that all on the account team can watch for a download of the new account.

Vidyard Support

I don't interface directly with support as I am not a day to day user of the tool. However, we have a really good customer success manager and my understanding from our team is that he is very proactive and responsive when are in need of any type of assistance from Vidyard.

Integrating Vidyard

I am not sure if there is anything additional outside of installing the Chrome extension. That process in itself is relatively simple to do and is complete within about 5 minutes and ready to use. If there are other integrations, those are ones I am not aware of and can't speak to.
