Was used by our Sales Development team to help with outreach for their prospecting and engagement. Their goal was to book qualified meetings with outbound prospects and Vidyard was used to attempt a higher engagement.
- Good support
- Good training
- It would take our reps quite some time to send a video. It was like having to redo a voicemail except on video and could take reps multiple attempts, wasting time.
- We had a hard time with the adoption of the tool. Once, reps had to spend so much time trying to make the video at the quality they felt good about sending.
