Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Vidyard is being used only by those outbound sales enthusiasts who expressed an interest. Helps to differentiate from competitors' sales calls.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Good background support people
  • Video sales

Cons

  • App for iphone needs to get up to speed with web version
  • Keeps me fresh with a younger crowd
It was relatively easy on its own (and I am not a techy type), and where I needed help, the background support people were very available and easy to follow along with.
Excellent service from start to present.
Vidyard has been good to reconnect with existing contacts in a unique/fun way. Has been good to reach out to new prospects while not having the opportunity to go face to face during COVID. It could be appropriate for any connection if used well and if videos are not too long.
