Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We are using the Vidyard product within the Sales Department. Our Business Development Representatives are using the product for cold outreach. They personalize emails and/or presentations that they are sending out with a short and personalized video message. Our sales personnel are using Vidyard as well. Not only to make emails stand out, but also to include a short video message in sales proposals. So far this has worked very well for us as an organization.

We have not experienced any issues with integrating Vidyard. The app is very easy to install and it really works seamlessly across all needed applications. It is a very handy tool to record screen flows so that product demos can be easily created. On top of that it is a great feature that you can also integrate the cam to really make it a personalized experience for the recipient.
Support from the Vidyard team is excellent. In case of questions there are very fast to respond. What I particularly like is that Vidyard frequently shares best practices for using the tool. The expert advise and the free guides that they provide really do provide meaningful information that help us to improve our video skills.
It's particularly well suited to make a difference when doing cold outreaches. Our experience shows that prospects are much more likely to actually open the email when a short video message is included. It is also very well suited to be used for social media. In general it's great that we now have an option to really personalize our communication with prospects as well as with existing clients.
