Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
It is being used by all Account Managers and Sales Reps across the partner company within Wix. That is approximately 200 users.
- It makes it easy to troubleshoot problems for our clients instead of having to get on the phone with a client.
- It makes it easy to share video insights across the org. I love being able to show the data to upper management.
- It is great tool for our sales team. It makes it very easy to personalize outreach while also being scalable since you can stack videos together.
- It would be great if there could be a manager view so we don't have to give them admin privileges to see their team's vidyard videos.
- It would be great to be able to see who viewed the video if multiple people are on the email.
- It would be great if we could make the videos dynamic so that it would insert a person's first name or SL booking based off dynamic fields in SL.
- It has freed up AM's schedule as they do not need to book a call to troubleshoot for clients. This gives a better customer experience as well.
It is a pretty intuitive tool. Our users adapted to it pretty quickly and without a ton of issues. As someone who sets up tools, this is always great!
