It is being used by the whole organization to track our social media analytics and impressions.

All functions, from manager to associates and secretaries
ViralHeat surpasses the Hootsuite software in every way.
Very likely, our management doesn't like to change gears much when we're already educated on our current system. Also, it seems to be meeting all our needs for now.
It is best suited for a company with at least some form of social media output. It's best to build up an online presence before purchasing this software.
