Overall Satisfaction with Vtiger
Vtiger is used in GB Advisors across the whole organization. starting on marketing campaigns, leads and demand development, Opportunities & Pipeline conversion in sales, Post Sales, integrated with quoting and invoicing systems, customer success. Technical support for internal and external customers and HR, help desk, contract management etc. Daily activities are concentrated on the platform, the customer base is handled in the software, sales reps do customer facing with Vtiger. integrated with our phone system, the call recording, the call logs, mail management and other transactions.

- Always improving products on the cloud version

- Sometimes it freezes
- After every update, there could be a hiccup
- Sometimes sync settings and integrations got lost
- Invasive notifications with annoying sounds
- Change of buttons placement tend to confuse after you get used to it

Just being a user of Vtiger since I got hired at GB Advisors. Used those solutions on previous experiences, Microsoft Dynamics was deployed in my previous job for opportunity management, it was not so friendly as Vtiger, not sure if it was a bad deployment. Salesforce was used by ISR for quoting and budgeting to customers. Base CRM just used the smartphone app before the dynamic CRM and we offer Freshsales along with Vtiger in our company to other customers
