Overall Satisfaction with VWO

Currently only one department for improving conversion.

Pros

  • Form analysis is pretty cool.
  • Targeting and segmentation is quite extensive.
  • Implementing A/B tests works well.

Cons

  • More filtering options for form analysis.
  • Increase sampling ratio for heatmaps.
  • Increase sampling ratio for recordings.
  • We've managed to increase number of new registrations a bit.
  • Haven't really tested anything related to lifetime value yet.
I don't remember exactly why we ended up with VWO instead of Optimizely, both had quite similar feature list.
Suitable if your company has a big budget to afford the Enterprise edition. Cheaper subscriptions lack a lot of the most usable features.
