Overall Satisfaction with VWO

VWO is used by our digital marketing department. We use it for a variety of scenarios. In the past we used other tools for heatmaps and visitor journey recordings but after working with VWO for quite a while and seeing their new platform, we have switched all our tools and consolidated to the VWO platform.

While we have yet to implement the VWO heatmap tool, I have seen it since the beginning stages of development. They have put a tremendous amount of work into it and compared to other heatmapping tools like CrazyEgg, Hotjar, and Decibel Insight it's truly an enterprise-grade product. I am looking forward to using it in our organization soon!
We have been using this functionality for years with a company called Decibel Insight. It made much more sense to consolidate this to VWO. They were very open to suggestions about improving their tool from our previous experience with other tools. While we have yet to implement it in our organization, I have been personally involved with testing this functionally with VWO and believe it is very solid.
Forms our key for our business. For years they were neglected and finally because of our ability to study them with VWO, we have been able to make significant changes to the usability of our forms. While we haven't been able to measure exact ROI, we have been seeing strong growth in leads due to improvements to forms. We couldn't have done that with VWO.
VWO has come a long way since we first started using their software. With their new full-featured conversion optimization platform, we are able to connect things at a deeper level than ever before. Because of this we have ended our contracts with several vendors in order to consolidate data and testing efforts in one central location.
VWO is more of an enterprise level tool. I wouldn't be as likely to recommend it to those with smaller marketing budgets and teams. But for larger sized companies it is great and will be a useful addition to a marketing stack. Ideally there should be some responsibility and accountability assigned to team-members as it can easily fall through the cracks and go unused.
