AuthPoint to secure mobile computers
Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We use AuthPoint for select departments in our organization. We needed a way to secure mobile devices for sales and support staff that were being taken offsite. As a MSP we are connected to many clients and want to be able to protect our equipment from unauthorized access.

- Simple user experience
- Cloud management is hard to find where settings are
- ROI on AuthPoint is not something I consider
We already use WatchGuard routers so we did not look for any alternatives.
The ease of setup for Authpoint can not be overstated. In a matter of minutes we were able to get the agents installed to tie to Active Directory and get users set up and using the software. Deploying this out to our clients is fast and simple for us to get done.
The mobile device has made it easy for users to get setup and using the 2FA. The only issue we have had was a few random users with out a smart phone making us have to work to find a solution. But cases like that are few and far between, the ease of use makes it simple for anyone to use.
We have not used the SSO portal, just using AuthPoint to lock down the users' devices.
