AuthPoint - a great MFA/SSO solution!
Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
It is being used across the entire organization. Every capable device has WatchGuard AuthPoint installed and configured.
It primarily addresses security and access control to company devices and provides an additional layer of security and peace of mind that data/access is further protected. This helps ensure that in addition to device encryption, in the event of an attempted breach or lost device, unauthorized users have an additional layer of security to defeat.

Pros
- Desktop MFA.
- SAML integration with solutions/systems.
Cons
- Still limited integration compared to other MFA providers.
- Neutral. It is not a product that improves ROI, but it does help prevent breaches that could be disastrous!
They have similar features, although the other solutions seem to have additional integrations with other products. However, we already use other WatchGuard products, which we like, and when it came down to pricing there was no comparison. Other solutions were 2-5 times the per-user cost compared to WatchGuard AuthPoint, so there was no contest. We lost little to no functionality at a much lower cost.
Most products in this space, including WatchGuard AuthPoint, are all cloud based. This does simplify deployment somewhat. Deployment is fairly simply and straightforward.
This is one area where WatchGuard AuthPoint excels. I used 4+ MFA apps on a daily basis. WatchGuard is one of only two that provides pop-up prompts, allows PIN/biometric securing of mobile tokens to prevent unauthorized access on a stolen phone, and also makes it VERY easy to generate additional tokens on other mobile devices, or moving tokens from one mobile device to another.
We have used this for a couple products that allow SSO/SAML integration, and it has simplified the login process for those tools. Since we also have the product integrated with Active Directory, it makes for a less-frustrating end-user experience, one less set of credentials for users to remember, etc.
