WatchGuard Authpoint provides solutions for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). With Watchguard Authpoint we can secure our other WatchGuard appliances and 3rd party programs that support radius authentication service. Authpoint is very easy to use in that scope after buying all you need to do is activate and you can manage your products from cloud porta. We currently use it to secure our VPN connections.

In our organization, we already host our systems in the cloud, and vendors that provide on-prem service has no chance in our organization so with this product we can directly integrate it into our systems in a much more simple way. And that's a good point for us.

Mostly young users adopted it quite well but we can not say that our senior users have a quite a hard time acknowledging the how-to. As is in every part of technology senior people are having a quite hard time adapting.

In our organization end, users were having a password-related case about every 3 weeks. After Using SSO and Authpoint services we observe 45% fewer cases (after 1 year of usage) of password-related situations. So end-users are no more in need of waiting for support and won't deal with cases as before.
