- We LOVE geolocation blocking, it keeps the hackers from foreign countries out.
Ingram Micro - They are a complete PITA to work with. Would prefer if we had some way to go direct with Watchguard as Ingram doesn't offer me any value-adds that would be useful to me. They are just a hurdle to get through in order to buy a firewall.
We haven't utilized any WatchGuard cloud products yet. We prefer using on-prim solutions still.
Ease of use, easy-to-learn new features and US-based support. I also think they do a good job of constantly updating their products. All of our end clients are happy with the service provided.
